What money can not buy?

Psalm 91:1

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

One of the essentials of life that people demand is security. Can money buy security?

So many events that have happened worldwide has proven that no matter how much is spent on the security they can not be enough.

Let us look back...

• 9/11 bomb blast with the level of security the evil men struck and brought down the world trade centre.

• 13 April 2020 Boston marathon bombing was another incident that could not be aborted by the security system.

• 30 March 1981 a man shot the President of the United States of America President Reagan. The man claim to do it to impress an actress.

• On February 14, 2018, a nineteen years old boy enters Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school in Florida shooting sporadically. He killed 17 and injured 17.

• 12 January 2010 an earthquake hit Haiti killing 316,000 people.

• in 2002 SARS hit the world from Southern China killing 774 people.

The list of events is endless. I have mentioned events outside Nigeria because it is believed that we do not have a good security system and we don't spend enough on security. The United States of America is one such country that spends more on security and yet they remain vulnerable. I was watching a video of the gas explosion in Abule Ado and the woman that is being interviewed said we need more security in Nigeria. How much can we spend on security that can be enough to prevent evil? Friends, the heart of man is desperately wicked... imagine somebody just come out of his house and carries a gun to start shooting what security will detect that intention. The security system can detect the face and get the person arrested but the people that have died or injured would have suffered.

God has a secret place

• The place of salvation

• The place of communion and fellowship

• The place of prayer

• The place of service

The people that dwell in this secret place are the ones that will enjoy maximum security. This security is entirely the architecture of God. No man can fully understand.

• Fire burning a row of shops and jumps one in the middle to burn the others.

• A car sporadically shot directly on the windscreen and driver side and no bullet touched the driver. (Not Hollywood film)

Come to His secret place,

1. surrender totally to Jesus and be redeemed by His blood.

2. Become a lover of God and begin to engage Him in fellowship.

3. Become a man of prayer.

4. Become a servant of God by committing to service.

As you do this you will have maximum security that money can not buy. Secured like Goshen in the period of plague.
